Christian Dior: Spring/Summer 2021 Collection

Christian Dior presented the Spring Summer 21 collection includes 87 looks designed by the creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri in collaboration with the scenographer Lucia Marcucci. the show was in a tent in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.

The collection took inspiration from the universal cultures and historical with a concept of comfort and ease of dressing bring together a globally-relevant perspective about our new at-home lives.

With free-flowing sheer fabrics and delicate embroidery, the collection focused on body liberation by gently emphasizing enfolding its natural curves through comfy-looking clothes Barely touching the skin but still seductive.

From here, the Christian Dior show comes with scarves with a paisley and floral motifs, dresses, pants, men’s shirts, sleek coats. the collection as well reinterpreted the heritage of Dior’s iconic silhouettes, such as the Bar Jacket from a Fall Winter 1957 collection created for Japan. the vests in leather, frocks, and skirts came in crochet and sheer chiffon, all jazzed up with beads and embroidered.
