Spaghetti Bolognese sauce

Ingredients: 1 chopped onion, ½  cup chopped carrot, ½  chopped celery, 3 chopped garlic, 3 tablespoon olive oil, 500gr minced beef meat, 2 dry bay leaves, 500gr peeled tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon pasta tomato, salt, and pepper, dry herbs; oregano, parsley, rosemary, and thyme.
